Processing time includes order verification, quality checking, packing, and preparing your item for shipment.
During holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer than usual.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 10-20 business days after your order has been processed.
In some cases, delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, carrier delays, local holidays, weather conditions, remote delivery areas, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Tracking information may take several days to update after the package has been shipped.
Multiple Packages
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability. In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Sea Rhyme is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Delayed, Lost, or Stuck Packages
If your package appears delayed, lost, or has not updated for an unusual amount of time, please contact us at searhyme629@outlook.com with your order number.
We will help check the shipping status with our fulfillment partner and carrier, and we will work with you on a suitable solution.
