Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Sea Rhyme. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Because our products are prepared through trusted fulfillment partners and may be shipped internationally, return shipping can be costly and must be arranged carefully. Please contact us before sending any item back.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days after your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, with all accessories and packaging materials included.
Return requests made after 14 days of delivery may not be accepted, unless required by applicable law.
Return Approval Required
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted, refunded, or processed.
The return address may be different from the address shown on your package. Packages sent to the wrong address may be lost or rejected, and Sea Rhyme is not responsible for unauthorized returns sent to an incorrect address.

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping
For returns due to customer preference, change of mind, ordering the wrong item, ordering the wrong variant, or no longer wanting the product, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, shipping insurance fees, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and handling fees are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.
If a return is approved, the customer must use a trackable shipping service and provide the tracking number to us. Sea Rhyme is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, refused, or sent to the wrong address.
International Return Shipping
Because orders may be fulfilled internationally, return shipping costs may be high.
Customers are responsible for checking return shipping costs before requesting a return. If the return shipping cost is higher than expected, the customer may choose not to proceed with the return.
Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges related to the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Please do not return a damaged, defective, or incorrect item unless we specifically ask you to do so. In many cases, we may resolve the issue without requiring a return.
If the issue is confirmed and a return is required, we will provide return instructions.
Missing Items

We will review the issue and help with a suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Situations
We may not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

The product appears slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, or natural material variation
Because some of our products include natural or handmade-style elements, slight variations may occur. These variations are part of the character of the product and are not considered defects.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Sea Rhyme is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is lost, delayed, returned, or delivered to the wrong location because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
If a reshipment is possible, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, not collected, or returned because the customer did not complete delivery, pick-up, customs payment, or local carrier requirements, shipping fees and related costs are non-refundable.
If the package is returned to us or our fulfillment partner, any refund, replacement, or reshipment will be reviewed case by case. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges for all orders.
If you want a different item or variant, please contact us first. If an exchange is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and any additional shipping costs for the replacement item.
